    Are you unemployed and interested in a career in care? This 2-week course will prepare you for a career in care and introduce you to employers with vacancies.


    This course will focus on:

    • Role of the Care Assistant Health & Safety in care Nutrition & Diet
    • What is SSSC?
    • Care About Rights
    • Person-Centered Care
    • Confident Care Planning
    • Dementia Awareness
    • Death Dying & Bereavement
    • Challenging Behaviour
    • Care industry specific application process
    • Care industry specific interview skills
    • Employer Visits

    You will need access to a digital device, an e-mail address and data. Later courses may be delivered face-to-face, depending on restrictions. Courses start in October 2021.
