COP-26 Citizen’s Forum on Climate Change and Mental Health
Created: 03/11/2021The climate crisis is currently damaging the mental health of hundreds of millions of people around the world and is having a growing effect on the mental wellbeing of people across the UK. The Mental Health Foundation is running a COP-26 Citizen’s Forum on Climate Change and Mental Health to bring together experts on Mental Health and Climate Change from around the world, to share what is already known about the links between climate change and mental health and to determine what research still needs to be done. It will also gather participants' views on how to ensure a Just Transition, and discuss what can be done to address this growing issue.
It will take place online from 14:00 - 17:30 on Friday 05 November 2021.
