Salary: £17,316 - £20,000 per annum pro rata
Hours: 15 hours over a five-day week (negotiable)
Contract: 6 months’ probation period with the opportunity for a permanent post
Location: Hunter Street, Kirkcaldy
Fife Federation Of Tenants and Residents Associations (FFOTRA) supports member Tenant and Residents Associations across Fife. The organisation is looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to join its team. The successful applicant will assist existing staff to produce promotional flyers and posters about the support FFOTRA provides. Maintaining communications with Board members will be a fundamental requirement for this post as is the production of community meeting agendas and all necessary reports for sponsors, funders and members.
A Knowledge of Adobe and Microsoft Office Software would be an advantage as would experience of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter etc. Training will be ongoing as part of the organisation's Staff Development Policy.
COVID-19 Safety Procedures are in place at its offices with desk screens, hand sanitiser stations, Track and Trace code readers, for use by all.
