Methilhill Community Children's Initiative has a fantastic opportunity for an Early Years Practitioner in its Nature Nursery.
In the role you will:
Ensure the room provides the best possible care and education experience for children.
Lead, inspire and motivate the team.
Pro-actively plan and evaluate activities with colleagues.
Ensure all administration relating to children is up to date.
Drive your own self development and continuous improvement.
You will be a positive role model, enthusiastic with a real passion for inspiring high-quality childcare and education.
A great communicator, you will have a desire to excel and grow within your career.
Working as part of a passionate, forward-thinking and creative team, you will provide ideas and an enabling environment in which all individual children can play, develop and learn.
You'll be able to build and maintain strong relationships with your team and parents to enable individual children's needs to be met.
We would expect you to be adaptable to change, a creative thinker with a strengths-based approach to problem solving and communication.
We spend a large amount of time outdoors and are looking for someone passionate about outdoor learning to join its team.
Experience with outdoor activities would be advantageous to the role.
