    Location: Leven KY8 2GW

    Contract: Part-time, Permanent Job

    Are you an experienced Early Years Practitioner looking for the next step in your career? Have a passion for the outdoors? 

    Methilhill Community Children's Initiative has a fantastic opportunity for an Early Years Practitioner in its Nature Nursery.

    In the role you will:

    • Ensure the room provides the best possible care and education experience for children.
    • Lead, inspire and motivate the team.
    • Pro-actively plan and evaluate activities with colleagues.
    • Ensure all administration relating to children is up to date.
    • Drive your own self development and continuous improvement.

    About you:

    • You will be a positive role model, enthusiastic with a real passion for inspiring high-quality childcare and education.
    • A great communicator, you will have a desire to excel and grow within your career.
    • Working as part of a passionate, forward-thinking and creative team, you will provide ideas and an enabling environment in which all individual children can play, develop and learn.
    • You'll be able to build and maintain strong relationships with your team and parents to enable individual children's needs to be met.
    • We would expect you to be adaptable to change, a creative thinker with a strengths-based approach to problem solving and communication.
    • We spend a large amount of time outdoors and are looking for someone passionate about outdoor learning to join its team.
    • Experience with outdoor activities would be advantageous to the role.
