    Kingdom Housing Association (KHA) provides housing and support throughout East Central Scotland. HR Services provides HR, Learning & Development, Payroll, Health & Safety and Health & Wellbeing support to all companies in the Kingdom Group as well as developing the employee experience at Kingdom.

    This is an exciting opportunity to join THE team as an HR Assistant and have a key impact in the smooth running of the HR Team. Your role will involve supporting the HR Director, HR Manager and HR Officers with administrative duties including letters, OH Referrals, recruitment, project-related admin, and updating HR digital systems all to a high standard of accuracy and quality and in line with KHA's CARES values.

    Educated to HND or equivalent level in a Business, HR or Administration related subject, you will have proven administrative experience and be proficient in using customised databases and software packages such as Google Suite. You will have excellent attention to detail, be a confident communicator and a positive and supportive team contributor. It is essential that you have the ability to plan and organise your workload whilst working to tight deadlines. You will be required to complete a satisfactory Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.
