Hours: The normal hours for this role are Monday to Friday 09:30 - 17:00, working every second Saturday (with a day off midweek). You'll also be required to work later on opening days on a Thursday till 19:00, however flexibility will be required on a regular basis to work out with this pattern as needed
Location: working across a cluster of locations, including: Templehall, Burntisland, Kennoway and Buckhaven Libraries
OnFife is looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join its team as a Supervisor to oversee one of its clusters of community libraries. This is a mobile position, therefore the ability to drive is essential. Your responsibilities will include ensuring excellent customer service is delivered relating to all library services offered, as well as all aspects of people management, along with supporting the day-to-day operations within the venues.
As a member of the Operations Management Team, you'll work closely with various teams across OnFife to maintain and improve our customer experience. You'll be an experienced people manager who loves a challenge, excels at building strong relationships and has a passion for providing excellent customer service. You'll also have a strong IT skill along with an understanding of Health & Safety in the workplace.
