    Springboard UK is running a series of on-line sessions training participants in hospitality skills.  The programme is supported by the SDS Employability fund Stage 3.  The course starts on 13 September 2021, lasting  for 3 weeks, and is open to those unemployed and aged 18+.

    The aims of this programmes are:

    • To introduce clients to the Hospitality, Leisure and Tourism Industry in Scotland
    • To provide inspirational online vocational and interpersonal skills training
    • To deliver three vocational qualifications, Food Safety Level 2, Licensing & Social Responsibility Scotland and Health & Safety Level 2
    • To secure employment

    The programme includes:

    • Interactive on-line training modules covering: Coffee, Customer Service, Guest Service, The Waiter, The Receptionist, Service that Sells and many more..
    • Webinars covering: Confidence and Assertiveness, CV Development, Interview Skills, Transferable Skills and Personal Safety at Work
    • Work experience will be considered when guidelines allow.
