    OnFife is looking for a new Head of Customer Engagement to join its team.

    About the Role

    OnFife has seen a considerable change recently with a significant restructure underway. As a key member of its Senior Management Team, the Head of Customer Engagement will lead, motivate, and support the team through this change, and set and shape the strategic direction for Marketing, Customer Experience Evaluation and PR & Communications for OnFife.

    You’ll have the opportunity to develop a Customer Engagement Strategy to maximise positive audience engagement opportunities, as well as lead on OnFife’s exciting brand development. You will also lead on customer insight, ensuring data is effectively and appropriately utilised to inform, influence and improve our customer journey and service provision.

    Working collaboratively with OnFife colleagues, the role holder will embrace an equitable and co-ordinated approach to service delivery and development, demonstrating the vision, empathy, and agility to contribute at the highest level.

    The Successful Candidate

    OnFife is looking for someone who is a senior professional with a track record of leading within the marketing arena and ideally within the creative sector. You have a demonstrable skill in developing and delivering strategic programmes alongside the ability to link strategy to creativity and marketing flair in approach. You have an in-depth knowledge of audience development inclusive of wider digital implementation and communication techniques. You are also comfortable managing external creative agencies as well as commissioning and applying customer research and insight.

    You will love working with people and have a hunger and drive to push others to produce their best work, demonstrating your belief in the team as the sum of its parts. As a solutions provider, you are able to think fast, multi-task and translate ideas into action. Confident in who you are, you lead from a place of authenticity, demonstrating the resilience and adaptability to inspire others in the face of significant and complex change.
