Salary: £9.50 p/hr
Hours: 11 hrs per week - The hours involved will be mornings before school and 2/3 evenings per week.
Location: Cowdenbeath
Contract: PermanentTwo Personal Assistants required to work in a busy family home to provide care and support to a non-verbal teenage girl with complex additional support needs. I like singing, engaging with people 1:1 and Justin Fletcher something special music is a favourite.
Duties to include the provision of all personal care to the client including showering, drying, dressing and she will be hoisting our client into her bed/chair as client is in a wheelchair. Taking client to social activities when required.
Applicants must have a caring attitude, be reliable with a positive and flexible approach to work.
Applicants should ideally hold a clean driver’s license, have childcare experience with other special needs adults/children and be non-smokers.
This role requires an enhanced check through PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups).
