First Steps - supporting young people into employment

News/Events Category: General NewsFirst Steps is tailored to meet the needs of individuals from 16 years old and is delivered throughout Fife.
A qualified Supported Employment Coordinator will get to know individuals and work with them to create a personalised action plan which will bring them closer to employment.
The action plan will support people to increase their confidence, establish a routine, and approach employability skills at a pace that suits them.
ENABLE Works will signpost to specialist support agencies if required, and work in partnership with other support agencies to ensure the highest multi-agency support. Support is currently delivered mostly remotely.
