    Positive Habits for Life

This session is delivered by Marie Paterson, a wellbeing trainer, and coach who delivers a variety of evidence-based training on how to improve both your physical and mental wellbeing.

This workshop will guide you through three key areas that will lead to greater physical and mental wellbeing:

    • Get organised
    • Keep healthy
    • Stay calm

You know how much better you feel when you are organised, when you are taking exercise and eating well, and when life feels calm and happy.

Learn top tips for getting organised including staying on top of your e-mails, find out the easiest ways to eat healthily without having to think too hard about it. Make a plan to keep active throughout the working week and learn the main things that stop you from sleeping and ways to get a great night’s sleep. Finally, take a bit of time to learn some calming techniques.

Delivered over Zoom, this half-day workshop is fun and interactive and is packed with tips for getting you across the finish line in great shape.

There are a number of breakout rooms so it works best if you can be on camera.

This session is free to attend and is for workers across Fife who deliver befriending services and/or projects that provide direct one-to-one and group support for clients and volunteers.

The sessions will take place from 09:30 - 12:30 on 21 July 2021
