Funded Until: Funded until March 2022Fife Gingerbread specialises in supporting and empowering lone parents and families in need. It has over 30-years’ experience of supporting families in Fife through early intervention and partnership working. Fife Gingerbread is looking to recruit a gardener.
Duties & Responsibilities of Gardener:
- Develop and maintain the Fife Gingerbread Allotment.
- Working with the Support Workers to encourage families to make the best use of the allotment and actively participate.
- Contribute to the work of Fife Gingerbread, collaborating with colleagues.
- Support volunteers to become involved in the work.
- With the Operational Manager support the recording of activity at the allotment.
- Represent the organisation at appropriate forums promoting the impact of the work.
- To undertake other duties as required
**Fife Gingerbread currently following government guidelines around COVID19 using a blended model of support and will discuss this further at interview stage.
