    Frontline employability staff and managers are invited to a workshop to gain knowledge and experience of using the Fife Mental Health and Work Indicator, established as a result of research from the Delivering Differently team in 2019.

    The Fife Mental Health and Work Indicator is designed to be part of an organisation’s client interview/assessment process. It’s purpose is to:

    • Guide frontline staff towards having appropriate and supportive conversations with clients about how mental health issues might affect the journey to work;
    • Ensure that those with complex mental health problems are identified early and are signposted to appropriate support;

    Use of the Fife Mental Health & Work Indicator is a requirement of all programmes funded through the Fife European Social Investment Fund and No One Left Behind Fife programmes. It will also be of use to other employment support services active in the area.

    This workshop will be delivered by Fife Employment Access Trust and is a continuation of the work started by Delivering Differently, a partnership project which promoted easily accessible support for those with mental health problems who are seeking a return to work.

    Please note that this workshop will be held online via Zoom.  A link to the workshop will be sent out to registered participants on the morning of the session.
