    When: 10.30am -12 noon , Thursday 24 June 2021
Where: Zoom Call, Anywhere with an internet connection, Online, KY6 2AL
This event is being organised by Fife Voluntary Action
This particular event is free to attend, so no payment is required.

It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.

THIS SESSION IS AVAILABLE BY INVITATION ONLY. If you have not had an email invitation, please do not book.

Having delivered many Volunteer Management Training Courses, we are aware that one of the areas of need for Volunteer Managers/attendees, is support as you put your training and learning into practice.

Whether you are new to the role/job, new to the client group you are dealing with, new to the formality we offered during the training or none of the above (!), then you are welcome to join us. The group will be restricted to those who attended at least one of the Volunteer Management Training Courses either this year or 2020..

Our agenda will be largely generated by our discussion on the day, as we want to help you with the issues you have identified in your day-to-day practice experiences. We will start with a quick overview of the content of each of the 6 sessions and explore further where the gaps, stresses and concerns might be. We’ll also share with you the work we have been doing to get a group of people ‘volunteer-ready’ – we can refer them to you if your organisation has gaps that fit with the interests of the volunteers (that discussion will be after the event).

We’d love to hear from you any insights, gains, short-cuts, quick (or not quick!) wins etc – effectively any issues and/or solutions that colleagues could benefit from hearing about. If you are unable to attend this event and share there, then you are welcome to send us comments to share with the group.

We’re also really keen for the session to feel useful for you, so do send us any requests for agenda items in advance if you wish.

We do hope you can come and look forward to seeing you there!
