    Post: Asset Management Assistant x 2 posts

    Hours: 36 hours per week

    Salary: £21,147 - £23,302 per annum

    Contract: Full time pernament post

    Location: Glenrothes

    Kingdom Housing Association provides housing and support throughout East Central Scotland.  Its Asset Management department consists of technical, maintenance and estate management services, plus a large team of trade operatives.   

    About the role:
    You will provide administrative support  in areas such as void and mutual exchanges, meter credit/exchanges, gas servicing and maintenance, cyclical and planned maintenance works and medical adaptation requests.  You will be involved with the monitoring of our service via mobile working software, tenant satisfaction surveys, complaints and preparing statistics and reports.  You will also process advice notes, invoices and credit notes, issue work orders and inspection lines, process and allocate emergency works and participate in stocktakes.

    About You: 

    You will have proven administrative experience and be proficient in using customised databases, Microsoft office and G Suite packages.  You should have experience dealing directly with customers and providing excellent service.  You must be a confident communicator, have good organisational skills with the ability to plan and organise your workload whilst working to tight deadlines and be an effective team contributor who is adaptable and keen to learn new skills. 

    Although a driving licence is not essential for this post, this and access to your own transport would be desirable.  You will be required to complete a satisfactory Basic Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.
