    FVA Lunchtime Learning sessions to support third sector in Fife

    FVA lunchtime learning sessions are aimed at raising the skills and capacities of local third sector providers interested in improving or enhancing their provision in Fife.

    Universal Credit Explained – delivered by Tony McGoldrick and Amanda Bissett, DWP

    Participants at this 1hr lunchtime learning session will gain an overview of the key elements involved in making a claim for Universal Credit.

    The session will cover:

    • The process of making an online UC account and claim
    • Common issues and errors including verification
    • Navigating the help sections
    • Understanding easements and alternative payment methods
    • Escalation Routes

    Spaces at this event are limited to 20 to allow time for discussion and questions.

    This session is hosted by Tony McGoldrick and Amanda Bissett of the Department for Work & Pensions.
