    6 Pillars of Self Esteem, Face to Face group starting 28 April 2021 at 12:30-14:30 in Valleyfield Community Centre or held online.

    The 6 Pillars of Self Esteem will be a seven-week course focusing on increasing your self-esteem. Each week focuses on a different area covering topics such as gratitude, assertiveness and self-acceptance with activities and tools to use which will allow you to continue using a positive mind set and increasing in self-esteem.

    If you are interested in taking part in this course, get in touch via e-mail [email protected], to note your interest and they will get in touch once dates have been confirmed. They are hoping to start running courses in centres so keep checking their Facebook page.
