Fife College continues its range of courses to help those whose employment has been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Accelerator Programmes offer accelerated versions of existing programmes, while Skills Boost courses offer short-term sector-specific courses over several weeks to boost existing knowledge.  These courses can lead to a place on a higher level programme at Fife College.  Applications can be made at Fife College's website.

Fife College is also offering free training to tradespeople in the energy, engineering, and construction sectors whose jobs have been affected by the pandemic. A series of courses are now available to individuals aged over 25 who are facing redundancy or who have been made redundant since March last year.

Courses include the most recent wiring regulation update, and an upskilling qualification in electric vehicle charging aimed at qualified electricians.
