    The aim of the Focus on Wellbeing Programme is to empower and encourage health and social care staff and unpaid carers to enhance personal resilience and self-care. The programme content is linked to the range of resources available on the National Wellbeing Hub.

    Upcoming webinars include:

    • Enhancing Personal Resilience: Managing Stress and Staying Positive - Multiple sessions across April and May 2021.
    • A foundation for health and wellbeing: A general Iyengar yoga class for those with and without previous yoga experience - Multiple sessions across April and May 2021.
    • Self-care: a guide to making yourself a priority with mindfulness - 14 April, 4.00 - 5.00pm.
    • Helping you cope with low mood - 16 April, 1.00 - 2.00pm or 3.00 - 4.00pm, or 30 April, 2.00 - 3.00pm.
    • Mindfulness: simple tools for a stress free life - 21 April, 4.00 - 5.00pm.
    • Reflective Practice in the workplace - 22 April, 12.00 – 1.30pm. 
    • Be kind to yourself: let go of guilt and self-judgements with mindfulness - 28 April, 4.00 - 5.00pm.
