This session aims to raise awareness and have facilitated discussions around the three Ask, Tell educational animations which highlight areas such as mental well-being, suicide prevention and having compassionate conversations with people who are experiencing mental distress or may be feeling suicidal.
By the end of the session participants will:
Understand how to explain mental health and identify ways to support good mental health in themselves and others
Have an awareness of situations that can negatively affect our mental health
Understand the prevalence of suicide and the risk of re-attempt associated with previous suicide attempt.
Know what to do when you are worried about someone’s mental health

These sessions are for anyone working on the frontline or in management with an interest in Mental Health Improvement and Suicide Prevention.
