Time to Talk Day 2021 will take place on Thursday 04 February and is a time for everyone in Scotland to have a conversation about mental health.

A small conversation about mental health has the power to make a big difference and it's something we can all do. So this year, the theme of the campaign is The Power Of Small. Check out the resources and activity packs available to help start up mental health conversations with a pal, your neighbours, family, colleagues and or whoever you want.
