Storytelling session for unpaid carers of people living with dementia
Created: 28/01/2021The Life Changes Trust is running 'Storytelling Sessions' for people living with dementia, their unpaid carers, and those professionals who work with people with dementia and/or their unpaid carers.
Storytelling session for unpaid carers of people living with dementia to share experiences about life caring for someone in Fife:
This session, facilitated by the Village Storytelling Centre (VSC), will allow participants to describe your thoughts and experiences of being an unpaid carer of someone living with dementia in Fife. It is also open to people who cared, unpaid, for a person with dementia, but no longer do.
By using the storytelling method, people can talk about dementia in a way that doesn't feel too personal. By using stories and characters, people can find new ways to tell their stories.
