    LinkLiving is a Scottish health and wellbeing charity that supports people of all ages to overcome the negative impacts of trauma, mental health, inequality, and isolation.

    "Better than Well" supports adults who have experienced childhood trauma in Fife, particularly those who have found it difficult to engage with other services. It is open to all adults who have experienced childhood trauma, but there is also an additional attempt to engage with people who have also experienced homelessness.
