    Bòrd na Gàidhlig will fund initiatives that encourage and increase the learning and use of Gaelic within communities. It will support community projects involved in the following areas:

    • Home and Early Years
    • Education
    • Communities
    • Arts and Media
    • Heritage and Tourism

    Priority is given to projects which focus on the use and/or acquisition of Gaelic. The maximum award is £5,000.

    Who can apply?

    Voluntary community organisations, social enterprises, small businesses, sporting, religious, arts and school groups can apply for this fund. Applications may be made for funding which will be spent on projects taking place between April 2021 and August 2022.

    Deadline is 15:00 on 14 January 2021.
