    Salary: £25,002
    Hours: 35 hours per week
    Location: Kirkcaldy

    Fife Carers Centre are looking for a full-time Carer Support Worker to work flexibly between Fife Carers Centre, Victoria Hospital and your home. You will work with hospital staff to identify carers of patients and work with those carers towards a successful and supported discharge of the person they care for. The post will include some evening and weekend working. The successful candidate will work alongside an established worker also based in the hospital.
