At Scottish Autism's 'Autism Friendly Relaxation' presentation, attendees will hear from Peter Vermeulen from Autism in Context.

This presentation will explore briefly the different types of relaxation, including some short demonstrations. They will also describe how to use the relaxation techniques in work with autistic individuals, including online relaxation sessions. After the presentation, Peter welcomes a short Q&A session to take place on this topic.
