    News/Events Category: General News

The Christmas and New Year period will be very different for everyone this year and it might feel overwhelming. It can be difficult to deal with extra stress and keep yourself well. Coronavirus restrictions and festive closures may mean the places where you get support at other times of the year are not available or have different opening hours.

The Staying Safe and Keeping Well booklet, developed by Adult Support and Protection Committee in partnership with Fife Alcohol and Drug Partnership, includes sources of support that are available to help people over the next six months or so cope with any additional hardship caused by COVID-19. If you plan to visit any of the organisations in this booklet please phone them first to check opening time.

It also includes details of Fife's Community COVID Helpline which can be accessed by calling 0800 952 0330.
