It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.

This introductory session is the first of seven mindfulness meditation sessions by Jonny Drury.

Mindfulness meditation benefits your body, mind and spirit and works by relaxing the whole system. It is highly effective in restoring and maintaining health and well-being, even strengthening the immune system and improving your mood.

In this session, you will be safely guided through relaxing imagery, gentle movement and focus on sensations and silence to relax, empower and bring a feeling of calm.

    • Suitable for all (alone or with family).
    • Attend as many sessions as you like.
    • Find a quiet space to sit where you won’t be disturbed.
    • Listen to simple guidance for a gentle and relaxing half an hour.
    • Arrive 5 or 10 minutes before the start, to settle in.

Please note: These sessions are not therapy, nor specifically for autistic or non-autistic people. These sessions are aimed primarily at a mix of people who will be mostly beginners and there is no need to attend all seven sessions.

    • You need an Internet connection on a computer or device with speakers.
    • Zoom can be accessed through a web browser or downloaded for a better experience.
    • The sessions are free of charge.
