    Created: 30/10/2020
    News/Events Category: General News

The Scottish Transitions Forum young leader’s team, the Divergent Influencers, is running a consultation for young people in Scotland with additional support needs as they leave school and move into young adult life.

The team welcomes anyone in Scotland with additional Support needs between the ages of 14-25 to fill in this short consultation

The answers will help the Divergent Influencers to:

    • Get a better understanding of the issues affecting young people in Scotland.
    • Work out how they can best support other young people.
    • Develop ‘Principles into Practice’ – a draft national framework to improve transitions for young people with additional support needs.
    • Design an app to help support young people in transition in Scotland, being trialled in 2021.
