Scottish Transitions Forum  (ARC Scotland) is running a series of webinars for parents and carers of young people with additional support needs who are in transition.

Transition Planning That Works (with Salvesen Mindroom Centre):

Education, training and employment are important, but for most of us there's so much more to life than that. Effective transition plans look at the bigger picture, cover all the essentials, and make sure young peoples' own thoughts, hopes and dreams are kept firmly at the centre.

At this event, Andrew Wright of Salvesen Mindroom Centre will look at what a good transition plan needs to include and shares insights, tips and resources to support you and your young person in building a life that works for them.

This event will take place online on Wednesday 18 November 2020 at 10:30 - 12:00. To book a place, click here.
