    Public Health Scotland has published its Inclusion health principles and practice: mitigating the impact of COVID-19 report which outlines how a human rights-based approach will support recovery from COVID-19 and the resulting control measures. The report argues that adopting this approach is necessary to prevent further negative impacts on health for the most marginalised people in our communities, and to reduce health inequalities.
