    This event is being organised by NHS Learning Disability Managed Care Network
    This particular event is free to attend, so no payment is required.


    NHS Learning Disability Managed Care Network is offering a 6 week free training course for support workers who work with adults with learning disabilities in health and social care. The aim of the online course is to:

    • increase understanding of the needs of people with learning disabilities;
    • reflect on changes to support due to the pandemic; and
    • enhance the health, wellbeing and quality of life of people you support.

    The course is ideal for staff who are new to support work or would like to update their knowledge and reflect on current practice. The course will occur at 09:00 - 12:00 on the following dates:11 November, 18 November, 25 November, 02 December, 09 December and 16 December.
