The Scottish Parliament's Social Security Committee are holding community meetings across Scotland to hear from people who are in, out of, or seeking work. They want to hear their views and experience of Scottish social security. They are particularly interested in hearing from people who have never needed support before.
The information gathered will help to inform the Scottish Parliament Social Security Committee and their inquiry into Covid-19 and Scottish Social Security.
The Committee have launched this inquiry to help understand how Scottish social security, and its part within the broader context of all UK social security, should contribute to the social and economic recovery from Covid-19. We want to know
how this has impacted you,
what has helped and
what could be better.
Your views will help grow the understanding of how Covid-19 has impacted people in Scotland and how Scottish social security can respond..
