    Contract: Full Time 36.25 hours per week (fixed term contract, 3 years from start date)
    Grade: 3 Salary: 22,339 - 26,594 per annum (depending on experience0
    Location: Across Fife 

    Rock Trust are delighted to be expanding their successful Housing First for Youth service model into Fife. The Project Worker role provides an opportunity to be part of this innovative venture, based on well-researched methods used across the world. Their housing first for youth model will support homeless and/or care experienced young people to transition to permanent, independent accommodation.

    The post holder will be expected to:

    • Build trusting, lasting relationships with young people;
    • Support young people to manage and thrive in their new home;
    • Provide flexible, person centered, strengths-based support for as long as is required;
    • Adopt a 'whatever it takes' and rights based approach;
    • Work in a psychologically and trauma informed manner;
    • Promote and share evaluation, learning and best practice.

    Project workers will work dispersed across the Fife local authority area, and as such access to a car and a full driving licence are essential.

    This post is being recruited pre-signing of a service level agreement with the local authority. Candidates invited to interview will be updated on service start dates.
