Self Management Week 2020 (28 September – 02 October) will highlight and recognise self management approaches happening across Scotland, raise awareness across health, social care and the third sector and engage with people to think about how self management can better support their health and wellbeing. The theme of this years campaign is 'My Wellbeing, My Life'. Individuals or organisations can get involved in the campaign by downloading this toolkit.

The ALLIANCE is also running a series of digital events during the week from interactive sessions focused on holistic support, sessions on digital tools to support self management and discussion sessions to generate learning around self management experiences during COVID-19.
