    FVA lunchtime learning sessions are aimed at raising the skills and capacities of local third sector providers interested in improving or enhancing their provision in Fife.

    Mental Wellbeing – delivered by Anne-Marie Smith (NHS Fife)

    This session aims to increase understanding of mental wellbeing and awareness of the positive steps to increase wellbeing.  By the end of this course participants will gain:  

    • An understanding of definitions of mental health and wellbeing  

    • An understanding of positive steps everyone can take to increase mental wellbeing. 

    This session if for everyone who would like to take steps to support mental wellbeing in Fife.
