    Post: Accounts and Finance (Quickbooks)

    Hours: part-time/freelance work

Salary: to be discussed during interview

CLEAR is offering a package of freelance work for an individual with charity background, finance-accounts-bookkeeping experience and familiarity with Quickbooks. CLEAR is moving its customized accounts and bookkeeping system onto generic Quickbooks software. They are seeking someone with good knowledge of this package to help set-up the system for the first time. Also to arrange for monthly inputting, updates and generating reports as well as guiding and orienting one or two staff or volunteers in its use. The time requires is likely to be more significant early on in set-up and then limited input monthly thereafter. the amount of hours involved can be discussed but a generous hourly rate can be offered to a suitable individual. this post would probably suit someone already working in a charity using Quickbooks.
