This event is being organised by NHS Education for Scotland and Carers Trust Scotland
This particular event is free to attend, so no payment is required.
It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.NHS Education for Scotland and Carers Trust Scotland are hoping to raise awareness of the needs of young carers amongst all health and social care staff who may not work directly with/for a young carer, but possibly could come into contact with these young people through their work - either with the Cared for person or other adults in the home.
They are running an interactive webinar for all health and social care staff working in and across all sectors, organisations and communities to learn how to:
- identify young carers and describe their valuable role; and
- signpost young carers to support.
