    Post: Business Development Manager 

    Hours: 35 per week

    Salary: £35,065 per annum

    Working closely with the CEO, the Business Development Manager will manage all business development activities and act as the driving force behind the generation of new funding agreements whilst maintaining the investment loyalty of existing funders. As a key contributor to the success of CARF’s strategic management, the post holder will take responsibility for negotiation and implementation of service level agreements and contracts in line with the revision and delivery of CARF’s Business Plan. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for internal and external marketing of the organisation, acting as brand champion at all times.
