The Westfield Cardenden Community Fund
The Westfield Cardenden Community Fund is provided by Westfield Wind Farm Limited (WWFL), a subsidiary of Ventient Energy, the company which owns and operates the Westfield wind farm. The Fund offers grants between £250 to £1,000 to charitable projects and activities located within or directly benefiting residents of the Cardenden Community Council.

Funding can also be use to support community organisations suffering major adverse impacts and (uninsured) losses as a result of the pandemic, which put their services at risk. The amount of funding will be reviewed on an ongoing basis by the Community Panel in the light of emerging needs.
