    The Scottish Government has announced that Phase 3 of Scotland's route map through and out of the crisis will be implemented in stages from 10 July 2020. From this date, face coverings will become mandatory within all shops, and non-essential shops can reopen within shopping centres from 13 July 2020. For further details on the re-opening dates for Phase 3, click here. The Government has updated its advice for people in the shielding group who are being asked to continue to shield until 31 July 2020.
