Going through cancer can be an isolating experience at any time, and especially when social distancing. The Macmillian Cancer Support is encouraging people with cancer to sign up to its Telephone Buddy service - where people are linked up with a trained volunteer who can provide a friendly ear and vital support through a weekly telephone call. The Telephone Buddies can also let people know about the ways Macmillan can help, to ensure they don't face cancer alone.
