The post holder will utilise his/her skills, knowledge and experience to provide clerical and administrative support to the Finance & Business Manager. In this role, the Clerical Assistant will work alongside the Finance and Administration team and actively be involved in the provision of:
Administrative support including answering the telephone, Front of House duties, acceptance and rerouting of referrals, booking appointments and handling email enquiries.
Scheduling appointments and booking rooms.
Provide comprehensive and confidential clerical support to staff based at head office.
Maintain efficient office tasks, including filing, dealing with incoming/outgoing mail, stationery ordering and photocopying.
Input data on spreadsheets and databases.
Support the administration of performance reporting by collating data and ensuring quality data entry and output.
Prepare accurate minutes for approval after attendance at regular meetings.
