    Hours: Full-time and Part-time available

    Salary: £18,861

    Their staff teams deliver high quality support across Scotland. They need caring kind and helpful individuals to join their growing team in your local community to help make a difference in people`s lives.

    Whether you have worked in social care before or not their award winning training and support will make sure you are ready for your new role.

    The service is currently home to 4 individuals who have learning disabilities and/or Autism. They have came in to contact with the Criminal Justice System in the past. They are looking for Support Practitioners to assist them in re-integrating back in to their communities - Finding and attending different activities in their area including going to the gym, swimming, walking and other social activities.

    This role will also involve personal care, assisting with everyday activities such as cooking and maintaining their home, emotional support and ensuring they maintain contact with friends and family members.
