Volunteer Management Course 3, Supporting Your Volunteers
When: 09.30am-12.00pm, Thursday 02 July 2020 Where: Zoom Call, Anywhere with an internet connection, Online, KY6 2AL This event is being organised by Fife Voluntary Action This particular event is free to attend, so no payment is required.
To help participants develop their ideas, skills and strategies regarding offering support to volunteers.
Topics to be covered on the course are:
What is support;
Methods of support;
Methods of supervision;
Managing difficult situations;
Dismissing/counselling out volunteers.

Who should attend
Anyone who has, or is expecting to have, responsibility for recruiting/managing volunteers in their organisation. Your organisation should be providing a service in Fife.
Notes from the session will be forwarded to all participants who complete a post-training evaluation form that will be e-mailed to you.
The link for the Zoom call will be sent out shortly before the Training starts, along with a password, which you will need to access the session. You're welcome to use video or just audio; Zoom allows you to choose. You don't need to download any software, simply follow the link we send out on the day and enter the password when prompted.
