    Post: Support Practitioner

    Hours: 35 per week

    Salary: £18,861

    Supported individuals are at the center of what they do, so if you`re looking for a role that can help make a real positive difference to someone as well as have some fun along the way, this role could be for you.

    Their staff teams deliver high quality support across Scotland. They need caring, kind and helpful individuals to join us to help make a difference in people`s lives.

    You will be a part of a committed team, supporting individuals with autism and associated complex learning disabilities. Some people may have complex communication needs and display challenging behaviours, thus will require a use of different communication tools to meet their individual needs.

    All of the supported individuals need full support with all aspects of their life which could include:- Full support with personal care and/or prompting with personal care, support with cooking or prompting to cook meals, general household tasks, shopping and attending appointments.

    They are looking for individuals that are flexible to the needs of the service - This could include working weekends, early shifts, late shifts, sleep overs and waking nights as and when required.

    Due to the nature of this role, a valid license and access to a car is essential.
