    Post: Support Practitioner

    Hours: full-time and part-time available

    Salary: £18,861

    Within this role you will be supporting individuals with learning disabilities. The sort of support that you will be providing will include but are not limited to:- personal care (helping with medication, stoma care and prompting well being and hygiene), household tasks (meal preparation and general cleaning) and also assisting individuals with reintegrating back in to their communities.

    Their staff teams deliver high quality support across Scotland. They need caring kind and helpful individuals to join their growing team in your local community to help make a difference in people`s lives.

    Whether you have worked in social care before or not their award winning training and support will make sure you are ready for your new role.

    They have full time and part time hours available.
