  • Emergency Plans for Carers

    Created: 23/04/2020
    News/Events Category: General News

The Fife Health and Social Care Partnership have put together key information for carers on how to prepare an Emergency Plan.

An Emergency Plan is a document that lets people know what needs to be done to support the person you care for if you are unable to carry out your caring role.  Having an emergency plan can help to prevent an emergency becoming a crisis.

There is support available from the partnership for those who are unable to put together an Emergency Plan.
