    Thousands of people across Fife took to their front doors, back doors, balconies and gardens to show their support for all those people doing their bit in the fight against coronavirus – in particular the brave doctors and nurses on the frontline.

    The Clap for Carers campaign, which started online, was staged because “during these unprecedented times they need to know we are grateful”, according to the organisers.
