Hours: 25-30 per week
Salary: £22,343 - £26,331 pro rata
Scottish Autism are currently looking for a temporary Autism Advisor to join their existing team at the Fife One Stop Shop. This service is managed by Scottish Autism and funded by Fife’s Health and Social Care partnership.
This post will involve working with the One Stop Shop Service Manager to ensure the delivery of a range of information, advice and post-diagnostic support services for people with autism, their families, carers and interested professionals.
In this role you will promote awareness and an understanding of the needs of autistic individuals across the spectrum among professionals and the wider community. You will be required to maintain relevant resources that are accessible and available to One Stop Shop users and identify gaps in any information resources and formulate actions to ensure these needs are met. You will deliver and facilitate a range of programmes to individuals, families and professionals as directed by the One Stop Shop Service Manager.
